Embroidery coverage refers to how much of the patch surface is covered with thread. 50% coverage means about half the patch shows the twill background, making it more cost-effective. 75% coverage has more thread work with some background visible. 100% coverage means the entire patch surface is covered with thread, giving the most premium look but at a higher price point.

We can embroider patches with up to 12 thread colors at no additional charge. If your design requires more than 12 colors, there is a small additional fee per extra color. We recommend keeping designs to 7-9 colors for the best balance of visual impact and cost-effectiveness.

We prefer vector files such as AI, EPS, or PDF. These formats allow us to scale your design without losing quality. We also accept high-resolution PNG or JPG files (300 DPI minimum). If you only have a sketch or idea, our design team can create the artwork for you at no extra charge.

There is no minimum order quantity! You can order as few as 1 piece. However, the per-piece price decreases significantly with higher quantities. For the best value, we recommend ordering at least 50 pieces.
